There is no game in the world, competing in football in terms of popularity. This is the most popular game in over two hundred countries. Through countless clubs and organizations from different countries all over the world, millions of audiences find Football as a source of unparalleled enjoyment. In this game the post of coach is usually dominated by men. But recently an exception has been brought by Helena Costa. France's second division team Clermont Foot is going to take over Helena, the former scout . Earlier , she worked as coach of Qatar female team. The 36 -year -old Portuguese worked as the coach of Benfica's male youth team. From 2008 to 2011 she gave scouting training to Celtic team. Besides, she also trained a male team in Portugal. In her lead the team won the Lisbon Regional championship in the year 2006. Costa worked as Benfica’s youth coach since 1997 for 13 years. She also served in the Portuguese Second Division club Odivelas. In 2009 Odivelas became the second division champions. Under her supervision the Qatar team won their first international match. But she was criticized while the Iranian female team failed to achieve significant success during her tenure.

From the next season Clermont will be the responsibility of Costa. Many have commented that by giving responsibility to Costa, Clermont Foot will herald a new era. Now only time will say how Costa will contribute to the team.
