The
APN (Access Point Name) is an important settings in smartphones. Without determining the right APN settings it is not possible to connect to the internet. As the network structure is not the same for every mobile operator, you need to make sure that the right settings are in place to get on the network you need. Therefore, You must use the exact settings provided by your mobile operator. In Bangladesh most GSM mobile operators furnish APN settings automatically. Some even provide the same upon subscriber’s request. The mobile operators also share APN settings on their websites. But it is a matter of regret that Citycell, the only CDMA operator in Bangladesh does not provide an easy way to implement APN settings. Even their official website does not share such information. Various third party websites share some settings which do not even work. If you are frustrated for not being able to implement the appropriate APN for your Smartphone then try the following settings which are working very well on my Smartphone:
