Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 4 cloves of garlic (chopped)
- 250 milliliters of milk cream
- 200 grams of cured cheese
- Olive oil
- Pepper (julienne)
- Salt (to taste)
- Parsley (chopped)
Start by taking a pan with a little bit of oil. When the old is heated add the chicken breasts. Now cover the pan with a lid and cook for about 3 minutes over medium heat until the chicken loses the pink color on the outside but is still raw inside. Remove the pan from heat, put the chicken in a bowl and set it aside.
In the same pan, add a little bit of oil, chopped onion, garlic, and salt and fry the ingredients for a few minutes over low heat until the onion is brown. Then add the milk cream and cheese and stir to mix all ingredients. When the cheese is starting to melt, add the chicken breasts and let it finish cooking for 5 more minutes. Just before removing the pan, add pepper and parsley. Serve it warm with some steamed vegetables and bread toast.
